Our hospitality

 

The visit allows an in-depth study of the territorial reality of i Mandorli: historical and geographical context of the place where the vineyards are located, the history of the birth of the respectful agricultural project, the value of the soil and its characteristics, our idea of ​​wine.

 

The talking vineyard

The above points will be addressed during a short walk in the vineyards.

During the visit to the vineyard we will pause to observe the soil, its composition and the diversity of this and its flora based on different cardinal exposures

 

Visit of the Cellar

The visit to the cellar will include an explanation of how the vinification and refinement of the wines produced take place. It will also address the choice of materials of the wine vessels present

 

Tasting

The visit ends with the tasting of 5 wines inside the tasting room or immediately outside (beased on the weather), overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The price of the Classic wine tour and tasting is 30 Euro per person.

In addition to the wine tasting it is possible to experience an artisanal Pecorino cheese tasting, honey and olive oil of our production. The price is 45 Euro per person.

Wine tours and tastings on Saturday and Sunday  can be booked for a minimum of 6 participants.
